Erika Lenz trains and coaches teams and organizations to become healthier and better at building the right thing. She draws on a diverse background in Web development, project management, biological science, science and math education, marketing, and journalism.
Erika’s experience working with project teams spans multiple industries, including law enforcement, public utilities, health care, data analytics, higher education, and scientific research. This breadth allows her to collaborate with and coach a variety of people, fields of expertise, and contexts. She is deeply interested in the human dynamics behind high-performing teams.
Erika is currently co-chair of Mile High Agile, Denver’s volunteer-run, regional conference.
